- Instill a strong studio culture of care
- Sales training and front desk operations
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing, Community Outreach and Networking
- Implement the sales process to schedule prospects into 1st time visits
- Drive membership sales through outside sales, pop-up and networking events and business development efforts
- Consistently hit monthly membership sales targets
- Independently make decisions related to high level of customer service and ensure high level of customer service is upheld by all studio staff
- Manage customer accounts and questions, including collect outstanding dues and sales
- Assist General Manager in supervising Sales Representatives and Flexologists
- Proficiency in ClubReady (POS and booking system), to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc
- Manage sales team schedule
- Work with the GM to coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Help enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with General Manager and studio owners
- Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via text and email
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- An affinity and passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with face to face customer service
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
