Job Description

The Opportunity

Tribe is looking for a Community Manager to engage, grow, and nurture our global community of developers at one of Tribe’s strategic portfolio business unit, AngelHack.

Working alongside the Partnership Manager, you will oversee the conceptualisation and execution of our engagement strategies to develop long-lasting relationships with global in-market developer communities. Through your engagements, you will also work on building up AngelHack’s international network of community ambassadors.

Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with in-market developer communities through various platforms (community channels, social media, technical forums, blogs etc.) to understand the diverse needs of global developer communities
  • Conceptualise and execute hyper-localized community engagement strategies to build up a vibrant community around our brands
  • Engage with developers in our community channels on a day-to-day basis, providing tools and resources to support their developer experience
  • Work closely with our Partnership Manager to design and operationalise our Global Ambassador Program to help strengthen AngelHack’s outreach capabilities and network
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to cultivate our brands’ social media presence to better target developer communities
  • Oversee the implementation of a measurable communication and engagement tool/platform to provide insightful metrics on engagement performance

Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans who are based full-time in Singapore
  • Must be comfortable with working U.S. West Coast timing (Pacific Timing, PT)
  • Must be fluent in English for ease of communication with the developer community; additional fluency in another language is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with communicating and interacting with an international network
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and is adept at scaling and growing programs
  • Experience in working with, building or managing developers communities preferred
  • Experience in managing community channels on Slack, Discord, etc. preferred
