About the role:  

As an Executive Assistant you will provide overall support to the Board Chairman of the company. 

You will coordinate important appointments and meetings, book business trips and support the Chairman  in day-to-day business activities.  

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Collaboration with key stakeholders in the wider business 

  • Understanding the business, priorities and coordinating external partners 

  • Shaping speaking engagements and conference appearance, TV and press interviews 

  • Managing diary and appointments  

  • Taking minutes and actions during meetings 

  • Preparation of meetings, including memo and powerpoint presentations  

  • Writing emails in the name of the charman (from voicemails) 

  • Communication with internal team 

  • Logistical support, including travel booking, accommodation  

  • Administrative support, including expenses management 

 

What you’ll need:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.  

  • Experience in executive assistant position in a dynamic tech/start-up environment 

  • Excellent MS Office skills including and powerpoint and excell 

  • Outstanding organisational skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise actions 

  • Highly confidential and discrete 

  • The ability to travel to Switzerland for 2 days trip once per month/2 months 

  • Experience handling legal documents, contracts 

  • Availability outside of regular office hours, flexibility for urgent tasks
