Job Description

Myria is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution, built to bring digital assets, NFTs and blockchain gaming to life. Our mission is to empower digital asset ownership for people and businesses. We are looking for an experienced Head of Communications & Brand to lead and build our growing Communications and Brand teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you should have a deep knowledge of the crypto, web3, NFT and gaming media landscape, a strong network of media contacts, and proven leadership skills. You will need to demonstrate success at building global marketing plans and go-to-market strategies, preferably in web3, crypto or gaming industries. We expect that you will have all the key marketing capabilities under your belt, with proficiency in branding, advertising channels, communications, social media, digital tools and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.


  • Lead the development and implementation of brand, marketing, and communications strategies to support the organisation to achieve its strategic and operational targets, including budget & KPI objectives while protecting the brand and managing reputational risk
  • Grow and manage a team that is responsible for the entire Myria community across,all platforms
  • Brand planning and GTM strategy and delivery
  • PR strategy working with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage an extensive multi channel content marketing strategy and be responsible for the team’s delivery and execution
  • Drive PR reach and media engagement for Myria brands across all channels
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and support brand strategy, keeping the brand’s core values at the heart of all that you do
  • Work collaboratively with the CMO and Leadership team to align on the company narrative and execute against key announcement cadence and timelines
  • Work with and manage external agencies as required


  • You have 5+ years in a similar role
  • A deep knowledge of web3, crypto and the gaming media landscape
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and a performance-driven approach to communications, content and brand marketing
  • You are highly motivated and a team player, excited to work with a great team of global entrepreneurs and partner cross-functionally to create brand awareness and memorable campaigns
  • You take initiative, seek opportunities and ask questions when necessary
  • You are passionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming space, and intrinsically motivated to stay on the bleeding edge of best practices and trends
