Nansen is a blockchain analytics platform that enriches on-chain data with millions of wallets labels. Crypto investors use Nansen to discover opportunities, perform due diligence and defend their portfolios with our real-time dashboards and alerts.

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to lead Nansen’s top of the funnel growth. Ideally you are driven, strategic and both creative and analytical. You like to roll up your sleeves and get things done e.g., developing campaign strategies and driving the execution of those campaigns across our owned and paid marketing channels. You’ll lead a team to deliver qualified, high-quality leads to self-serve and sales funnels.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and drive the company’s demand generation strategy to generate new business, and expand the existing customer base. Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver
  • Own and deliver pipeline targets across our acquisition channels. You will own the entire end-to-end pipeline metrics from acquiring new leads, assessing pipeline health and lowering CAC
  • Build a world-class ABM program from the ground up, targeting key accounts. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to engage, nurture and win the accounts
  • Work closely with all other teams all Nansen including Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations (e.g., for integration and tracking of every campaign) to deliver success for your area
  • Develop strategies for testing, optimizing and scaling successful campaigns
  • Analyze, communicate and present results of marketing campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders
  • You’ll shape Nansen’s trajectory – as an early member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to help build the marketing engine and define the marketing strategy that fuels the growth of the company!

Are you the right person for this role?

  • 6-12 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in demand generation
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success implementing multi-channel marketing programs and measuring ROI
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in a high growth setting
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Having a strong sense of ownership and accountability, setting a high bar of excellence for yourself and others
