Our services are diverse, mainly focused on DeFi with one of our flagship products providing token and liquidity locks currently worth over $4.6 Billion with around 13172 projects. We also operate “TheCryptoApp” which currently has over 2M downloads and 1M active users, and a brand new NFT platform called Swappable.

As a Lead Media Designer at TrustSwap, you will align with the Creative director and join the Design Teams in creating high visibility creatives & designs ranging from social media banners to video thumbnails to executive presentations representing our full suite of products as well as regular partners. You’ll work cross-functionally and deliver a well-crafted execution in conjunction with sound strategic insight.

The emphasis of this position is passion for art and compelling visuals, primarily creating professional social media graphics, but extending to general visual asset creation and management for all our verticals.

• Create assets for product marketing campaigns, including banners for social media, articles, in-app notifications, pitch decks, media kits, or other graphics to represent TrustSwap and its suite of services
• Designs for presentations, litepapers, and one-pagers
• Designs for information-heavy content, such as infographics, alongside supporting assets, and banners for social media and email
• Lead in the development and maintenance of TrustSwap design systems
• Leverage our design team to create graphics with consistency and reliability for clients of the TrustSwap – Launchpad and Flashlaunch services
• Attend weekly meetings and demonstrate presence in team channels, liaison with other team members around actionables and/or impediments;

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• BA or BS degree in visual arts or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Presentation design skills, digital and print design skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with the creative and marketing teams
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and remotely in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize, manage and effectively communicate across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives
• High levels of motivation
• Interest in Crypto or Financial Products is a plus
• Being a user of DeFi products is a plus
• 3D design skills is a plus
