CSR Internship:

We are looking for an enthusiastic CSR intern to join our company and provide creative ideas to help develop and implement effective CSR strategies.
As a CSR intern, you will collaborate across our departments with a particular focus on all stages of marketing and business development campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our CSR practice.
This internship will help you acquire the skills and provide you with knowledge of various CSR areas. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in CSR and marketing and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced work environment.

The duration of this internship is a minimum of three months, which can be extended upon agreement. This internship will be based remotely, and a successful candidate will require a stable Wi-Fi connection and a laptop/computer with a working camera and microphone.

Beyond that, Risidio focuses on building a positive future by giving back to society and the environment through sustainable innovation and preserving indigenous art and culture to empower these communities.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop policies relating to Risidio’s ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities

• Develop CSR and Sustainability Strategies for Risidio

• Conduct research on Best Practices in CSR

• Develop partnerships with stakeholders (clients, employees, charities, NGOs, and others)

• Post weekly newsletters on CSR within the company’s internal communication

• Represent Corporate Responsibility at awareness-raising events (e.g., inductions, networking events, team meetings, office cascades, etc.), informing colleagues about the range of CR opportunities available. Act as an advocate by telling the CR story in a persuasive and engaging manner.

• Ad hoc projects as required.

• Conducting regular analysis of key competitors CSR activities and reporting back to the department

• Managing specialized project work within given timescales for both CSR and Sustainability projects

• Supporting global sourcing initiatives from an Ethical, Social, and Environmental perspective.

Qualifications
·        Studying or experience in an area relevant to the job description ideally in a CSR-related discipline: e.g., Environment Studies, Communications, Management, or Marketing.
Skills
·        Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
·        Ability to interpret information, news, data, and research quickly – and distill the most relevant information to develop unique, new content and creation idea

• Excellent communication skills, building good relationships with stakeholders, and inspiring people

• Be able to create compelling documents and presentations, presenting these internally & externally

• Eager to broaden your knowledge & gain experience tackling new problems and developing solutions

• Excellent numeracy and literacy with a flair for data analysis

• Ideally, you will also have some good experience and further education in HR and/or CSR/ESG

• Strong knowledge of MS Office
