Job Description

Myria is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution, built to bring digital assets, NFTs and blockchain gaming to life. Our mission is to empower digital asset ownership for people and businesses. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our soon to be launched portfolio of blockchain games. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the creation and implementation of the overall ​​marketing strategy for various games releases. You will be responsible for not only launching the games but their ongoing growth strategy and lifecycle management. You should have a deep knowledge of the crypto, web3, NFT and gaming media landscape. You will need to demonstrate success at building effective marketing plans and go-to-market strategies, preferably in web3, crypto or gaming industries. We expect that you will have all the key marketing capabilities under your belt, with proficiency in branding, advertising channels, communications, social media, digital tools and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and launch effective marketing campaigns and promotions, and measure performance using weekly reports and analytics

  • Develop brand partnership strategies for your product portfolio

  • Lead the development and implementation of product marketing, and communications strategies to support the titles you manage

  • Create and execute an multichannel marketing plan in collaboration with the Head of Marketing

  • Take accountability for critical marketing KPIs and deliverables

  • Product marketing planning (games) and GTM strategy and delivery

  • Work with and manage external agencies as required

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years in a similar role

  • A deep knowledge of web3, crypto and the gaming media landscape

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and a performance-driven approach to product marketing

  • Foundational marketing and campaign management experience

  • Project management skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • The ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions

  • The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects

  • You are highly motivated and a team player, excited to work with a great team of global entrepreneurs and partner cross-functionally to create brand awareness and memorable campaigns

  • You are passionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming space, and intrinsically motivated to stay on the bleeding edge of best practices and trends
