Fresh from launching “Butter Royale” and “Disney Melee Mania”, we are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Web Designer who is passionate about the emerging Web3 space and has a pocket of resources and solutions to help improve Mighty Bear Games’ online presence through visually enticing web content based on a UX-first approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the art team, product owner, growth team and engineers, to define, develop, and create UX solutions such as wireframes, UI flows, interactive mockups, etc…
• Defining the look and feel of websites for our products (landing pages, full website with functionalities)
• Finding creative ways to solve UI/UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Creating visually appealing, user-friendly, consistent, and crisp user interface elements (e.g. menus, buttons, icons and animation etc)
• Contributing to the brand/art style guides and technical documentation.
• Keeping up-to-date and communicating on the latest trends and influences in UI/UX, Web design and the Web3 space for games and beyond, and sharing your findings with the team.
• Participating in QA tests and gathering feedback to improve the usability of our websites.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

• Interest in the Web3 space
• 5 or more years of experience creating websites
• Strong communication skills with experience working with different disciplines and stakeholders.
• a track record of designing and implementing highly interactive websites.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in Graphic Design and User Experience design for websites.

As a bonus, you would have:

• Deep knowledge in the Web3 space (Following or involved in NFT projects / games)
• Experience with designing and integrating interactive content using Rive, Lottie, GreenSock.
• Experience with Three.js
• A general understanding of and interest in game design.
• Experience with creating Marketing Art (statics / motion graphic / video editing)
• Experience with Figma / Webflow
