PRTR Technical is looking for an exceptional candidate to take on the role Software Development Manager for a Digital Assets company in Thailand. 

Role and Responsibilities:  

• Analyzing and learning the user’s needs and requirement. 
• Developing and maintaining software both front-end and back-end which is based on UX/UI technologies for mobile and web applications.  
• Reviewing the code writing by the team members. 
• Being responsible for testing software, debugging, trouble shooting and upgrading software.
• Developing the cyber security and protection settings.
• Improving software and creating tools for less maintenance.
• Researching and enabling yourself on new technology to create a better product.
• Participating in agile working practices such as daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a relevant field. 
• Experience in developing both desktop and mobile applications. 
• At least 2+ years of previous experience in leading a team of developers. 
• 6+ years of experience of hands-on coding experience with multiple technologies on the back end such as Java, C# .Net, Node.JS, Microservices and Java. 
• 3+ years of experience with multiple front-end technologies is preferred such as Angular 2+, Flutter, React.JS, React Native, etc). 
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Kafka and Elastic Search.  
• Experience in databases such as MongoDB, SQL, UX/UI Design and Apache is a plus. 
• Able to translate business requirements to software designs. 
• Previous experience in Digital Assets or Platforms is a plus. 
• Good English is preferred at this level.
