Business Function
DBS Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage SME Digital Channels to ensure channel efficacy, uptime and drive commercialization of the digital channels to ensure uplift in acquisition & revenue.
- Define and strategize digital channel roadmap across both onboarding and lending.
- Define & prioritize user requirements for strategic initiatives or enhancements.
- Play a governance role in ensuring regionalization of design, functionalities with regional stakeholders, including users, technology, UIUX designers.
- Actively partner with strategic project team during the project phase to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and enhancements which includes user story grooming, UAT & live verification.
- Provide regular, structured reporting and status updates to all impacted stakeholders and senior management, highlighting any key risks or issues.
- Prior experience as a digital channel owner for lending and onboarding products is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Preferable to have minimum of 7-12 year work experience in Digital Channel Management.
- Market and business knowledge in SME Banking, familiarization with SME customer needs and internal business processes for lending and account opening is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, proven track record in managing stakeholders.
- Able to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment, and systematically breakdown complex issues into well-structured solutions that are thought through end to end.
- Highly meticulous, detailed and logical in thought processes and clear and articulate communication skills, strong process improvement and strategic thinking skills.
- Good understanding of the Digital & SME competitor landscape particularly in areas relating to onboarding and lending is preferred.
- Awareness of Project management tools and methodologies like AGILE, JIRA, Confluence.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team squad, and be extremely organized with strong time management skills.
